Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75
• $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $75

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days from the ship date. Many Ritcalm products ship directly from our trusted partner makers, so delivery times can vary slightly by item.

Multiple shipments

Because we work with a curated network of independent partners, an order with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. You won't be charged extra for this.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email hello@ritcalm.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
